Thank you for considering MyPro for your bookkeeping needs! We leverage modern technology to ensure a smooth and secure pricing and onboarding process for our prospective clients. Please follow the steps below to get started.

Service Selection

Let us know which of our services you would like to have included in your quote, by replying to our introductory email.

Bank Statements

We base our pricing on the average number of transactions per month, since this tends to correlate with the number of hours needed to manage your books. To determine this average, we need your last three months of bank statements. MyPro uses Zoho’s secure portal (WorkDrive) to protect your financial data. You will receive a Zoho upload link in our introductory email and a corresponding password either in a separate email or via text. The video below walks you through each uploading step.

Within 48 business hours, you will receive an email from MyPro with a quote for your requested services. Along with the quote will be onboarding documents (e.g., a Client Agreement, an ACH Authorization Form). If you’re ready to get started, complete the requested documents and start benefitting from an excellent bookkeeping experience!

Client Onboarding

New clients approve QuickBooks Online access, sign our Services Agreement, and authorize a monthly recurring ACH withdrawal. This allows MyPro to get started right away and eliminate unnecessary hours spent on invoicing and collecting payments. We keep our overhead low and stay focused on your books!
